Our Process

Concept, fabrication, assembly, delivery and setup.

One team owns your project from the first sketch to the final bolt. Here's exactly what happens — and what we need from you at each step.

  1. 01
    Day 1

    Brief

Tell us what you're building, where it's going and when you need it. Logos, sketches, reference photos and rough dimensions all help — so does your event date and venue.

You sendLogo files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), sketches or references, size, location, deadline

  2. 02
    Concept & quote

    Concept

We turn your brief into a rendering that shows the finished piece — size, materials, finish and lighting — with a clear quote and timeline. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

    Fabrication

Your approved artwork is converted to cut files and machined on our CNC routers — so logos, fonts and patterns come out exactly as drawn, every piece identical to the next.

    Finishing

    Assembly

Pieces are sanded, painted, faced and lit by hand, then dry-fit on our 7,000+ sq ft assembly floor. Large builds are engineered in sections so they travel safely and install fast.
